The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold yet polished expression of the vintage, offering rich layers of blackberry, cassis, and black cherry alongside subtle notes of cocoa powder, tobacco, and the signature earthy spice of Rutherford Dust. Full-bodied with well-integrated tannins, the wine balances ripeness and structure beautifully, finishing with hints of cedar, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Georges III Vineyard is one of the oldest and most storied vineyards in alll of Napa Valley. Planted in 1895 by Mrs. Thomas Rutherford, the 300-acre parcel was first purchased by Georges de Latour in 1928. It was the home of the greats Rutherford Cabernets made by the famous Andre Tcheslistcheff for Beaulieu Winery. Since 1988 the vineyard has been owned by the Beckstoffer Family.| Vintage | 2022 |
